Timer::schedule to use std::chrono::duration

Description

Timer::schedule should take a std::chrono::duration instead of an unsigned ms, e.g.

std::chrono::minutes, std::chrono::milliseconds, etc

Internally will perform a std::chrono::duration_cast<std::chrono::milliseconds>(val).count()
